All content available on FLIQUE, including:

  • Series
  • Artwork
  • Logos
  • Software
  • Platform design

is owned by FLIQUE or its licensed content partners.
These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public performance of content is strictly prohibited.

5. Content Creator Licensing

FLIQUE licenses films and series from independent creators, production companies, and distributors.

Content creators who distribute content through FLIQUE agree that:

  • They hold the necessary rights to distribute the content.
  • Their content does not infringe on copyrights or third-party rights.
  • They grant FLIQUE a non-exclusive license to stream their content uring the agreed licensing period.

Licensing terms may include:

  • Fixed licensing fees
  • Revenue-sharing agreements
  • Exclusive or non-exclusive distribution rights

Additional creator agreements may apply separately.

6. DMCA Copyright Policy

FLIQUE respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe content on FLIQUE infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice containing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material
  • Your contact information
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
  • Your electronic or physical signature

FLIQUE may remove or disable access to content that is claimed to be infringing.

7. Acceptable Use Policy
