Welcome to FLIQUE, a digital streaming platform that provides access to films, series, documentaries, and other entertainment content. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FLIQUE website, mobile applications, and streaming services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using FLIQUE, you agree to these Terms.

To use FLIQUE, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Provide accurate account information when registering.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.

• Artwork
• Logos
• Software
• Platform design

is owned by FLIQUE or its licensed content partners.
These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public performance of content is strictly prohibited.

FLIQUE licenses films and series from independent creators, production companies, and distributors.

Content creators who distribute content through FLIQUE agree that:

• They hold the necessary rights to distribute the content.
• Their content does not infringe on copyrights or third-party rights.
• They grant FLIQUE a non-exclusive license to stream their content uring the agreed licensing period.

Licensing terms may include:

• Fixed licensing fees
• Revenue-sharing agreements
• Exclusive or non-exclusive distribution rights

Additional creator agreements may apply separately.

FLIQUE respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe content on FLIQUE infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
• Your electronic or physical signature

FLIQUE may remove or disable access to content that is claimed to be infringing.

Users agree not to:

• Upload or distribute illegal content
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service

LIQUE reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

FLIQUE strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the platform will always be available.

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical issues
• Licensing changes
• External disruptions

FLIQUE reserves the right to modify or remove content at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLIQUE is not liable for:
